Define exactly who qualifies as a billable lead. These criteria are built directly into your workflow logic — any lead matching your SLA qualifiers is billable, regardless of whether another agency has previously sent that contact.
Billing Policy: Any lead that meets the agreed SLA qualification criteria below will be invoiced as a billable lead. Duplicate claims from other agencies do not constitute grounds for non-payment where our lead independently meets these criteria.

Webhook & Technical
Every qualified lead is delivered as a real-time POST webhook to your CRM endpoint. We need the exact details below before build begins — no system goes live without a confirmed and tested endpoint.

TrustedForm Certificate Required — All Leads
A valid TrustedForm certificate URL is captured on every lead submission. This is mandatory for all MVA Leads Direct programmes and is included in your payload automatically.

Select your programme structure. All programmes require payment upfront — no credit terms are offered. These terms will be incorporated into your DocuSign agreement before build begins.
Payment Policy: All commercial arrangements require cleared upfront payment before your pipeline build commences. No net terms, credit, or deferred billing is available under any option.

Lead Return & Dispute Policy
Duplicate / Parallel Agency Clause: Any lead independently generated through the MVA Leads Direct pipeline that meets the agreed SLA qualification criteria is billable in full. A lead being previously submitted by another agency does not constitute grounds for non-payment or dispute where our lead meets all SLA requirements.
Agreement & Sign-Off: A DocuSign agreement incorporating all details from this onboarding brief will be issued before any build commences. No pipeline, funnel or workflow will be created until the agreement is signed and upfront payment is cleared. By completing this form you confirm all information is accurate and authorised.
